If you have Gods' WORD for your tradition than prove it. If you have no scripture for your teaching and tradition than who are you following? It seems it is you who do not know what the Sabbath is or how to keep it. Ignroing God's Word does not make it dissappear.

According to God's WORD those who knowingly practice sin are lieing and do not know God *1 JOHN 2:3-4. If we break any one of God's 10 commandments we stand guilty before God of sin *JAMES 2:10-11. God's 4th commandment is one of God's 10 Commandments that give us the knowledge of what sin is *ROMANS 3:20.

All who practice known unrepentant sin when they have been given a knowledge of the truth will not inherit the kingdom of Heaven because they reject the gift of God's dear son and count the blood of the covenant an unholy thing *ROMANS 6:23; HEBREWS 10:26-39

as i suspected you don't know the earthly Moses-sabbath from the heavenly or God's-Sabbath.
the earthly has passed away, the heavenly remains.
    Hebrews 4
    9 So then, there remains a sabbath rest for the people of God;
10 for whoever enters God's rest also ceases from his labors as God did from his.
11 Let us therefore strive to enter that rest, that no one fall by the same sort of disobedience.

Keep God's Sabbath and its rest angel or die the death.

Ok let's talk scripture than let's ask some questions and see if what you are saying here has any truth in it. Let's start by adding ALL the context and examine your interpretation of the scriptures you have provided to see if they are saying what your claiming here. So what this post will address is

Your premise and interpretation of HEBREWS 4:9-11 is that the "SABBATH" is a "SHADOW LAW" like much of the MOSIAC laws from the MOSAIC BOOK of the law *EXODUS 24:7 that pointed to JESUS and God's plan of salvation for mankind in the NEW COVENANT.

Lets examine your claim by looking at all the context of HEBREWS 4:9-11 and also look at the origin of the Sabbath, who it was made for; it's purpose; and God's 4th commandment which is one of God's 10 Commandments...

CONTEXT OF HEBREWS 4:9-11 (Part 1)

Linking EXODUS 20:8-11 and GENESIS 2:1-3 to HEBREWS 4 and God's REST.

The CONTEXT that you ignore here is HEBREWS 4:1-5 which is discussing GOD'S REST the SEVENTH DAY SABBATH with reference back to GENENSIS 2:1-3. That is the REST we are to enter into. Those that did not enter into GOD'S REST (SEVENTH DAY SABBATH) did not enter into God's REST because of SIN and UNBELIEF in the gosple of God's WORD.

    HEBREWS 4:1-11
[1], Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into HIS REST, any of you should seem to come short of it.
[2], For to us was the gospel preached, as well as to them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
[3], For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into MY REST: ALTHOUGH THE WORKS WERE FINISHED FROM THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD.
[4], FOR HE SPOKE IN A CERTAIN PLACE (GENSIS 2:1-3) OF THE SEVENTH DAY ON THIS WISE, AND GOD DID REST THE SEVENTH DAY FROM ALL HIS WORKS.
[5], And in this place again, If they shall enter into MY REST.

    NOTE
: CONTEXT is God's REST from the SEVENTH DAY SABBATH REST OF CREATION (v4-5) and those who BELIEVE and FOLLOW GOD's WORD enter into God's SABBATH REST as GOD did on the SEVENTH DAY of the week. CONTEXT is GOD's SEVENTH DAY SABBATH REST and those who BELIEVE AND FOLLOW GOD'S WORD enter into that rest which God's WORD defines as the SEVENTH DAY SABBATH which is GOD'S REST! Let's continue...

6], Seeing therefore it remains that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
[7], Again, he limits a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
[8], For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
[9], SO THEN IT REMAINS FOR THE PEOPLE OF GOD TO KEEP THE SABBATH.

Now notice Hebrews 4, verse 9: “There remains therefore a SABBATH rest to the people of God.” In verses 1, 3, 4 and 8, the Greek word for “rest” is katapausin. It means “rest.” But in verse 9, the Greek word for “rest” is sabbatismos, which is a Hebrew word—Sabbat, which means “the Sabbath”—combined with a Greek suffix—ismos, which means “a keeping of” or “a doing of.” Put together, sabbatismos means “a keeping of the Sabbath (noun).” When correctly translated, Hebrews 4:9 should read, “There remains therefore a keeping of the Sabbath to the people of God.” Sabbatizo is the verb form of sabbatismos

[10], For he that is entered into HIS REST (v9 God's SABBATH REST), he also has ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
[11], LET US LABOR THEREFORE TO ENTER INTO THAT REST (God's SEVENTH DAY SABBATH REST), lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief (HEBREWS 3).

    .............

    CONCLUSION
: HEBREWS 4 is talking about the Gospel rest of BELIEVING and FOLLOWING God's WORD; v29 Learn of me; v30 my burden (doing) is light. This agrees with Hebrews 4:2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. HEBREWS 4:1-11 is in reference to GOD'S REST which God's WORD defines is the SEVENTH DAY SABBATH which is the CONTEXT shown in HEBREWS 4:1-5. HEBREWS 4 therefore with context added is saying that no one enter God's Sabbath rest if they do not BELIEVE AND FOLLOW God's WORD

The whole propblem here is that your trying to read into the scriptures something that the scriptures are NOT saying. Where does it say anywhere in HEBREWS 3 or HEBREWS 4 that "MY REST" or "GOD'S REST" or SABBATH REST or SEVENTH DAY which is the CONTEXT of HEBREWS 4 is in reference to a "PLACE" your applying GOD'S REST to a place when the scriptures show and define "MY REST" or "GOD'S REST" or SABBATH REST in HEBREWS 4:1-9 as the SEVENTH DAY of CREATION (SABBATH). This is further emphasized in the conclusion given in HEBREWS 4:9 "SABBATH REST" that God's Word alone defines once again as the "SEVENTH DAY" *EXODUS 20:10.

GOD'S REST; "MY REST"; SEVENTH DAY' GOD'S DAY; GOD'S SABBATH is spoken of all through His Word...

How did the children in the wilderness rebel??

EZEKIEL 20:19-21[19], I am the LORD your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; [20], And KEEP HOLY MY SABBATHS [MY/GOD'S SEVENTH DAY REST/ MY REST/GOD'S REST]; AND THEY SHALL BE A SIGN BETWEEN ME AND YOU, THAT YOU MAY KNOW THAT I AM THE LORD YOUR GOD. [21], Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; THEY POLLUTED MY SABBATHS [MY/GOD'S SEVENTH DAY REST/ MY REST/GOD'S REST]: THEN I SAID I WOULD POUR OUT MY FURY ON THEM TO ACCOMPLISH MY ANGER ON THEM IN THE WILDERNESS. [22], Nevertheless I withdrew my hand, and worked for my name's sake, that it [MY SABBATH/ MY REST/ GOD'S REST] should not be polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose sight I brought them forth.

EZEKIEL 21:12-13 [12], Moreover also I gave them MY SABBATHS [MY/GOD'S SEVENTH DAY REST/ MY REST], to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them.[13], BUT THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL REBELLED AGAINST ME IN THE WILDERNESS: they walked not in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; and MY SABBATHS [MY/GOD'S SEVENTH DAY REST/ MY REST] THEY GREATLY POLLUTED: THEN I SAID I WILL POUR OUT MY FURY ON THEM IN THE WILDERNESS TO CONSUME THEM.

ISAIAH 58:12-14 [12], And they that shall be of you shall build the old waste places: you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and you shall be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in. [13], If you turn away your foot from the sabbath, from doing your pleasure on MY HOLY DAY [MY/GOD'S HOLY SEVENTH DAY REST]; and call THE SABBATH [GOD'S REST/SEVENTH DAY REST] a delight, the HOLY OF THE LORD, honorable; and shall honor him, not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, nor speaking your own words: [14], Then shall you delight yourself in the LORD; and I will cause you to ride on the high places of the earth, and feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father: for the mouth of the LORD has spoken it.

EXODUS 31:13 Speak you also to the children of Israel, saying, Truly "MY SABBATHS" [MY/GOD'S SEVENTH DAY REST/ MY REST] you shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that you may know that I am the LORD that does sanctify you.

Back to HEBREWS 3 and HEBREWS 4...

CONTEXT to HEBREWS 4:1-11 in reference collectively to MY REST, THE SEVENTH DAY and the SABBATH in reference to the FOUNDATION of the world, the MY REST is in reference to GENESIS 2:1-3 that defines "GOD'S REST" as the SEVENTH DAY of ther week that God's WORD defines once again as the SABBATH which GOD RESTED *GENESIS 2:1-3 which is GOD'S REST or MY REST shown in HEBREWS 3 and HEBREWs 4. Everything highlighted here can be shown in scripture context all through HEBREWS 3 and HEBREWS 4 finishing with HEBREWS 4:1-9 that shows God's people enter into GOD'S REST *HEBREWS 4:3-6 when they BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD (Today if you hear His Voice harden not your hearts HEBREWS 3:6-7) stating

Hebrews 3 links to the testimony of Ezekiel of God’s people not entering God’s Sabbath rest..

EZEKIEL 20:10-13 [10], Why I caused them to go forth out of the land of Egypt and BROGHT THEM INTO THE WILDERNESS. [11], And I gave them my statutes, and showed them my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them. [12], Moreover ALSO I GAVE THEM MY SABBATHS, TO BE A SIGN BETWEEN ME AND THEM THAT THEY MAY KNOW THAT I AM THE LORD THAT SANCTIFY THEM. [13], But THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL REBELLED AGAINST ME IN THE WILDERNESS: THEY WALKED NOT IN MY STATUTES AND DISPISED MY JUDGMENTS WHICH IF A MAN DO THEY SHALL LIVE IN THEM AND MY SABBATHS THEY GREATLY POLUTED: then I said, I would pour out my fury on them in the wilderness, to consume them..

HEBREWS 4:9 [9], SO THEN IT REMAINS FOR THE PEOPLE OF GOD TO KEEP THE SABBATH.

    or parrallel..

HEBREWS 4:9 [9],THERE REMAINS THEN A SABBATH REST FOR THE PEOPLE OF GOD

Which ever translation you wish to choose the refernce here is that the SABBATH that God's WORD defines as the SEVENTH DAY of the WEEK *EXODUS 20:10 still remains for the people of God who are defined in HEBREWS 4:3 as those who ENTER IN BECAUSE they BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD.

Now all of the above is scripture brother and to say otherwise is to ignore God's WORD or not believe it. Harden not your hearts as in the day of provocation and enter not in because of UNBELIEF.

None of the OLD TESTAMANT or NEW TESTAMENT scriptures define MY REST/GOD'S REST/MY SABBATH which are all in reference to "GOD'S REST" as a "PLACE" now do they? Yet it is God's WORD alone that defines GOD'S REST "MY REST" as the SEVENTH DAY SABBATH *HEBREWS 4:1-9; EXODUS 20:10; GENESIS 2:1-3.

Now if you have not been able to provide a single scripture to show that GOD'S REST is a place and the scriptures clearly show that GOD'S REST "MY REST" is in reference and CONTEXT to the SEVENTH DAY and SABBATH REST being GOD'S REST "MY REST" than I think you have a problem and something to pray about don't you dear brother?

Context shows that your reading into the scriptures something that they do not say. HEBREWS 4 is stating God's Sabbath day (God's REST) is still remains for the people of God. It has not been done away.

Next we will examine your claims as to th SABBATH being a "SHADOW law from the MOSAIC BOOK of the law. pointing to JESUS and God's plan of salvation in the NEW COVENANT.

    DEFINING GOD’S SABBATH AND GOD’S REST – HEBREWS 4:1-5

Letting the scriptures interpret the scriptures. We read in God's 4th commandment of the 10..

    EXODUS 20:10 [10], But the SEVENTH DAY IS THE SABBATH of the LORD thy God;

This is a direct reference from God's Word defining what the Sabbath is; The SABBATH = the SEVENTH DAY OF THE WEEK which is a direct reference back to the creation week from when it was made as shown in v11.

EXODUS 20:11 [11], For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and RESTED THE SEVENTH DAY: wherefore the LORD BLESSED THE SABBATH, and MADE IT HOLY.

NOTE: It is the SEVENTH DAY (SABBATH) that God RESTED so the SABBATH defined as the SEVENTH DAY of the WEEK is GOD'S REST. NOTE EXODUS 20:11 is a direct reference back to GENESIS 2:1-3 which is a direct reference back to GENESIS 2:3 descibing the reason for GOD's 4th Commandment SEVENTH DAY SABBATH is that GOD BLESSED THE SABBATH (defined as the SEVENTH DAY in v10) and made it a HOLY DAY.

GENESIS 2:1-3 [1], Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
[2], And ON THE SEVENTH DAY God ended his work which he had made; and HE RESTED [שׁבת; shâbath H7673; KEEP SABBATH] on the SEVENTH DAY from all his work which he had made. [3], And GOD BLESSED THE SEVENTH DAY AND MADE IT HOLY: BECAUSE THAT IN IT HE HAD RESTED [שׁבת; shâbath H7673; Keep Sabbath] from all his work which God created and made.

NOTE: The reason for the Sabbath Commandment is to REMEMBER the God of creation. HE RESTED IS GOD'S REST (verb) which God's WORD says is the SEVENTH DAY OF THE WEEK WHICH IS CALLED SABBATH (noun), BLESSED the SEVENTH DAY OF THE WEEK and made it a HOLY DAY that no work is to be done. v11 Refers back to Genesis 2:1-3 and the origin of the Sabbath which is the SEVENTH DAY. v8 shows that this commandment is a MEMORIAL of creation v11 [the reason for the 4th commandment]. It is very clear as we look through the scriptures and let the scriptures interpret themselves that GOD MADE THE SEVENTH DAY SABBATH FOR MANKIND. It is also one of the 10 Commandments that give us the KNOWLEDGE of SIN when broken.

MARK 2:27-28 [27], And he said unto them, THE SABBATH WAS MADE FOR MAN, and not man for the sabbath:[28], so that the Son of man is LORD OF THE SABBATH (creator).

The GREEK word highlighted here for MAN in MARK 2:27 is ἄνθρωπος; anthrōpos (G444) which means HUMAN BEING or mankind.

CONCLUSION: The SABBATH as defined in God's Word as *EXODUS 20:10 is the SEVENTH DAY OF THE WEEK because God BLESSED the SEVENTH DAY and made it a HOLY DAY in EXODUS 20:11 repeating GENESIS 2:1-3. The Hebrew word for REST 7673 שָׁבַת shâbath, is the verb used for KEEPING THE SABBATH by RESTING. The person doing the RESTING was GOD the creator of heaven and earth. God's WORD also defines GOD'S REST therefore as the SEVENTH DAY SABBATH that God created for all mankind.

While the Hebrew word for SABBATH 7676 שַׁבָּת shabbâth, is the noun or the name of what is being kept which is the SEVENTH DAY that God RESTED on and BLESSED and made HOLY. The reason the SABBATH was made was for mankind to REST, CELEBRATE and REMEMBER GOD'S CREATION *EXODUS 20:8 and the GOD as the CREATOR and LORD of the SABBATH *MARK 2:27-28.

Now that you can see that your claim to HEBREWS 4 9-11 has no truth in it. Let's examine your claims that God's 4th Commandment which is one of God's 10 commandments *EXODUS 20:8-11 is a SHADOW law from the MOSAIC BOOK of the OLD COVENANT *EXODUS 24:7 that points to JESUS and God's plan of salvation in the NEW COVENANT of something to come.

    ORIGIN OF THE SABBATH

    GENESIS 2:1-3
[1], Thus the heavens and the earth were FINISHED, and all the host of them.

    Points of scripture..

    1. God's SEVENTH DAY SABBATH was a part of a "FINISHED WORK OF CREATION"
    2. It was made on the SEVENTH DAY of the creation week
    3. It was made "BEFORE SIN" and "BEFORE THE FALL OF MANKIND"
    4. God "BLESSED" and set apart the "SEVENTH DAY" of the week as a "HOLY DAY" or rest.

JESUS says that the SABBATH was "MADE FOR ALL MANKIND" *MARK 2:27 and he is the creator of it *MARK 2:28.

    God's 4th Commandment says...

EXODUS 20:8-11 [8], REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY, TO KEEP IT HOLY [Made Holy at creation GENESIS 2:3]. [9], Six days shall you labor, and do all your work: [10], But THE SEVENTH DAY [ Genesis 2:1-3] IS THE SABBATH OF THE LORD YOUR GOD : in it you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger that is within your gates: [WHY?] [11], FOR IN SIX DAYS THE LORD MADE HEAVEN AND EARTH, THE SEA, AND ALL THAT IS IN THEM IS, AND RESTED THE SEVENTH DAY; WHEREFORE THE LORD BLESSED THE SABBATH DAY AND MADE IT HOLY. [Refering to GENESIS 2:1-3]

    ............

CONCLUSION: All of the above scripture prove that God's SABBATH is NOT a SHADOW law from the MOSAIC BOOK of the OLD COVENANT that points to JESUS and God's plan of salvation in the NEW COVENANT because there was no SHADOW laws when it was created!

    1. The SABBATH was made BEFORE SIN and BEFORE God's plan of salvation was given to mankind and was a part of the "FINISHED WORK" of creation

    2. The SABBATH is defined only in God's WORD as "THE SEVENTH DAY" and nothing else in scripure *EXODUS 20:8

    3. The SABBATH was made "BEFORE" the MOSAIC BOOK of "SHADOW LAWS" that pointed to JESUS and God's plan of salvation in the NEW COVENANT and even before there was an OLD COVENANT or any COVENANT because there was "NO SIN" and mankind was in perfect harmony with God.

    4. The purpose of God's SEVENTH DAY SABBATH was a "MEMORIAL" of God and creation we are told to REMEMER *EXODUS 20:8-11

    5. God's 4th Commandments is one of God's 10 commandments that give us the "KNOWLEDGE" of what sin is when broken in the NEW COVENANT *ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; 1 JOHN 3:4 and according to God's WORD in the NEW COVENANT if we break any one of God's 10 commandments we stand guilty before God of sin *JAMES 2:10-11.

HOW CAN GOD'S SABBATH BE A PART OF THE SHADOW LAWS OF GOD'S PLAN OF SALVATION WHEN THERE WAS NO SIN AND NO PLAN OF SALVATION WHEN THE SABBATH WAS MADE FOR ALL MANKIN?

Can you see your error here brother? It is impossible!

Sorry brother for the reasons outlined in this post and the onse above your claims that God's 4th commandment is a Shadow law is impossible and is not biblical.

Please accept these posts and scriptures in the Spirit they have been given (love)

Receive God's WORD and be blessed.

And only you are able to discern what the scriptures are actually saying? Oh please, give me a break! You have but one interpretation of the scriptures of the many that are out there. For you that interpretation may be correct, but for the rest of us we see something different.

Hank and I differ in many areas of scriptural interpretation, but we agree that the new (Christ) has put an end to the old (Moses).

Your denial of God's WORD only shows why you are in error. I will leave that between you and God as you have been given a knowledge of the truth and why you are in error but you do not believe it. Ignoring God's Word does not make it dissappear but will become our judge come judgment day JOHN 12:47-48.

You have been shown why through the Word of God alone why you are in error. This has only been sent in love and as a help to you. God's Word is not mine but Gods' and if I have only told you the truth why do you not believe. You or Hank cannot show me why I am in error but you have been shown why you are in error with the Word of God alone. Does this not worry you? It should. Ignoring God's WORD does not make it dissappear. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God *HEBREWS 10:26-39

Rubbish? The words and directives of Jesus are not rubbish - they have become the new law while you continue to wallow in the old law.

"And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven" (Matthew 16:18-19).

Not only that, but the Jesus also gave the Apostles the Holy Spirit and the power to forgive sins no less!

21 So Jesus said to them again, "Peace be with you; as the Father has sent Me, I also send you." 22 And when He had said this, He breathed on them and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit. 23 "If you forgive the sins of any, their sins have been forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they have been retained." John 20:21-23.

"But now in Christ Jesus ye that once were far off are made nigh in the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who made both one, and brake down the middle wall of partition, having abolished in the flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; that he might create in himself of the two one new man, so making peace". (Ephesians 2:13-15).

"And upon the first day of the week, when we were gathered together to break bread, Paul discoursed with them, intending to depart on the morrow; and prolonged his speech until midnight" (Acts 20:7). "Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I gave order to the churches of Galatia, so also do ye. Upon the first day of the week let each one of you lay by him in store, as he may prosper, that no collections be made when I come". (I Corinthians 16:1-2).

This was Jesus, God Incarnate speaking, and proof positive of the power of the Apostles to change things and as the Scriptures say, they certainly did.

Why do you not believe these things?

Which Commandments do I have to follow?

18Then he said to Him, “Which ones?” And Jesus said, “YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT MURDER; YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT ADULTERY; YOU SHALL NOT STEAL; YOU SHALL NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS; 19HONOR YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER; and YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.”

Sounds good to me. How many times Jesus ever mention for anyone to "keep sabbath"? ZERO.

You are confused brother and here is why....

There is no scripture not a single one that says God's 4th Commandment has been abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day just the same as there is no scripture that says "Sunday" or the "first day of the week" is "THE LORDS DAY". JESUS did not break any one of God's 10 commandments including the SABBATH. All the Apostles taught and upheld all God's 10 commandments and kept God's 4th commandment Sabbth.

    QUESTIONS FOR YOUR POST?

    Links to God’s 4th Commandment

    1. WHERE DID THE APOSTLE PETER according to you teach anyone that Gods' 4th commandment has now been abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday (the first day of the week) as a Holy day?

    2. WHERE DOES IT SAY in God's WORD that Peter can change God's 4th commandment which is a memorial of creation and one of the 10 Commandments that give us the knowledge of what sin is when broken *JAMES 2:10-11

    3. WHICH SCRIPTURE have you provided in John 20:21-23; Ephesians 2:13-15; Acts 20:7 and I Corinthians 16:1-2 says God's 4th commandment has been abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday or the first day of the week as a Holy day?

    ............

    CONCLUSION: Rubbish indeed.

Nothing abolished thou shalt not kill. Yet you say you don't have an official position that abortion is murder.

I think this is a case of God's justice on the SDA Church having them become worst than what they accuse the other churches to be.

Get rid of the big plank in your own eye first, then get back to us about the wrong day we love God.

Nope you deny Gods' WORD and are confused. I suggest you read MATTHEW 12:1-12. JESUS teaches that it is lawful to do good on the SABBATH. Are you trying to argue that there is only 6 Commandments in the 10 commandments and we are now free to have other God's make and worship idols, use God's name in vain?

All these things the rich young ruler did from his youth up. When JESUS said these things he told him go and give away all he has and come and follow him. JESUS was showing the rich young ruler that he was breaking God's 1st and second commandment because he loved his wealth more than God.

According to JESUS on these two great commandments of Love to God and man hang ALL the law and the prophets *MATTHEW 22:36-40. Jus the same as if we break one of God 10 Commandments we stand guilty before God of sin *JAMES 2:10-11.

All those who practice known unrepentant sin when they have been given a "KNOWLEDGE" of the truth will not enter into the kingdom of Heaven because those doing so reject the gift of God's dear son and count the blood of the covenant an unholy thing *ROMANS 6:23; HEBREWS 10:26-39; ROMANS 8:13

As posted earlier your misinformation does not help your position as does your inability to discuss the scriptures which only shows you do not know God's WORD and why you are in error. I do not judge you. I only share Gods' WORD that you deny, yet it is this very word that you deny that will judge us all come judgment day *JOHN 12:47-48. It is better to hear and believe God's WORD today than to deny and be judged by it tommorrow. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
