    Acts 2 .
36¶Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
Clearly Peter is not addressing Gentiles ( non Israel / Jews)

37If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.

38But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

Notice Jesus doesn't say here " i do the works of my Father, you are unable to believe. Because you were not chosen to be saved .

Jesus is actually reasoning with them as if they are responsible to believe.

Its terrible bible study on your behalf. Jews were not the only Sheep Christ had, He made that clear Jn 10:16

16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

The Other Sheep not of the jewish fold are Gentiles. Christ laid down His life for more than just jews. Thats what 1 Jn 2:2 intimates.

Jesus died for the whole world . His death is not what saves. This is the blindness of Calvinism. You think you were saved by his death. So its hard for a calv to read verses which make clear its for the whole world , because you think this means universalism lol this is the nonsense Calvinsm teaches . I would say it takes at least 2 years to break out of the false teaching of the 5 points .

Other ( sheep ) Jews from other tribes . Notice he doesn't say gentiles does he ?

    Matthew 15:24

“But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”

That refers to the Sheep that He draws bring to Himself. Jn 10:16

16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

That word bring ἄγω means to lead, bring, carry
Usage: I lead, lead away, bring (a person, or animal), guide, spend a day, go

to more, impel, of forces and influences affecting the mind

Its the same as to draw. So Jesus is still talking about His Sheep that He lay His Life down for Jn 10:11,15 He will draw all of them to Himself.

Doesn't matter, He still specifically stated who He was going to die for. So what's your point ?

That scripture proves the limited scope of His death, for the lost sheep of the house of Israel. The woman He was speaking to was a Gentile. That was part of the Mystery, that Gentiles belonged to Spiritual House of Israel, she was one of His Lost Sheep He came to save.

I disagree, all the jewish tribes were of the same fold, Israel. Hes talking about Gentiles. Sounds like you making Christs death about ethnicity, thats error and respect of persons. Christ laid down His life for people of all ethnicities.

There is no limited 'scope 'of the atonement. How ridiculous. This is God we are talking about . What your following is Augustines nonsense .

Christ’s life, not his death is what saves. (Rom. 5:10; 1 Cor. 15:17)

Sinner is saved by regeneration, not atonement. (Tit. 3:5)

Glorification is what’s limited, not atonement. (Rom. 3:23; 8:17-30)

When Christ said, “It is finished,” on the cross, everyone was still in their sins as per 1 Cor. 15:17.
Atonement is one component of many components in salvation. It alone is not what saves. (Tit. 3:5; Rom. 5:10)

Atonement is a prerequisite for salvation, not the execution of it. (Rom. 5, 8; 2 Cor. 5; Tit. 3:5).

The Atonement must be received. (Rom. 5:11, 17; Jn. 1:12; 1 Cor. 15:1-4)

The Atonement does not glorify anyone. (Rom. 8)

What Calvinists call “the golden chain of redemption” contains no direct reference to the atonement. (Rom. 8:29-30)

Belief that salvation for anyone was secured on the cross constitutes a denial of the necessity of the resurrection (1 Cor. 15:17)

Salvation is eternally secured by the sealing of the spirit, not “election.” (Eph. 1:13-14; 4:30; 2 Cor. 1:22)

Negative inference fallacy. Jesus did not say at any time " I m going to only die for the sins of a select group "

Call it what you will, its not changing the fact that Jesus Christ was very specific for who He would die. His Sheep.

He specified a group in Jn 10. To go beyond that is speculation.

His death saves also from the penalty of sin. Everyone He died for has their sins forgiven legally before the law and justice of God. Now true, later they are saved experimentally by the quickening of the Spirit sent by Christ to them He died for.
