correct, so if the Lord has not given us dates in the Bible, it is because He does not want us to have them.
  4. Saved-By-Grace

    April 3, AD 33.

Yes, it does. I think that Jesus is telling His Disciples not to get over concerned about dates and times, which really do not matter, unless the Lord has chosen to revel this to us in His Word.

I doubt very much if anyone can or will ever prove beyond any doubt, when Jesus Christ was born, and when He died. I mean exact date and month and year. This has been hotly debated for centuries now, and will continue to be. The facts remain, that Jesus Christ WAS born into this world, and DID...

    The Forty Pre-Ascension Days

I see that you call yourself a "Baptist". Is this really the case, or have you adopted this so that you can post on BB? As you claim to be a "Baptist", and I give you the benefit of the doubt, can you tell me if you believe with ALL your heart, mind and soul, that the 66 Books in the original...

Once Saved - once lost ???

thanks for sharing from the Bible. However, can you show from what you have posted, exactly where it says these two were truly born-again, and not among those who "appeared" to be saved? As I have said, there are many who really "into Church", and give every "appearance" of being Christians, but...

Once Saved - once lost ???

that is a mighty big BUT! this falls into the category of speculative theology. you will have to provide a much stronger case than this. Both Ananias and Sapphira could have been interested parties in the things of Christ, and went along with much of it, as we have today many thousands who...

if you spent more time reading, and less criticizing, you will see that I am using reasoning to make counter arguments, to show there are some who will try any means to manipulate what the Bible says.

Justification By Faith Alone is Not Biblical

James is using Justification by works to prove his point, but this is post, and not pre salvation. It is not for salvation, but because of salvation.

Justification By Faith Alone is Not Biblical

"From His first message to His last, the Savior's theme was calling sinners to repentance, and this meant not only that they gained a new perspective on who He was, but also that they turned from sin and self to follow Him" - John MacArthur, The Gospel According to Jesus. This man is a...
