I totally agree that SOMETHING should be done NOW; if for no other reason but to see how every senator actually votes - before the '18 elections.

I am personally for outright repeal, however if it was gutted so that in practice it was dead, that would be fine also. I also know that some big moves like this are better done incrementally, but how do you cut the head off a snake "INCREMENTALLY"?
