    John 1:11-13 Is Flowers correct?

I agree, Flowers didn't really say much other then what Pauls objector says.

    John 1:11-13 Is Flowers correct?

Yes the only thing Flowers came up with in the conclusion was a paraphrase of Pauls objector in Romans 9

    John 1:11-13 Is Flowers correct?

Oh yes, after listening to so many debates and actually taking time to read the passages for my self. But still questions linger on some things. Such as why did Israel need hardening, if man is born "hardened" I used to just believe God looked down time and seen what we would choose, because...

    John 1:11-13 Is Flowers correct?

Born of God: Getting John 1:11-13 Right! Instead, it is quite obvious from this context that the three points the apostle John lists here are in reference to the misconceptions of what Israelites perceived as their given covenantal “RIGHTS”[4]as direct descendants of Abraham: not of blood =...

    Israel?

For it was not David who ascended into heaven, but he himself says: 'THE LORD SAID TO MY LORD, "SIT AT MY RIGHT HAND, UNTIL I MAKE YOUR ENEMIES A FOOTSTOOL FOR YOUR FEET." ' "Therefore let all the house of Israel know for certain that God has made Him both Lord and Christ—this Jesus whom you...

    Israel?

Thats weird, everyone before the 1800s must of been "heretical"....... Justin Martyr on the Church. Around 150 AD "For we are the true and spiritual Israelitish nation, and the race of Judah and of Jacob and Isaac and Abraham, who when he was still uncircumcised received witness from God for...

    Israel?

The ignorance on your side is consistent, covenant theologians are wrong and anti-semitic? Palestinians are semites as well, do you support them? Why don't you go find a commentary or a writing that supports your claims written before the 1800s....

    Israel?

Exactly, he is saying the Jews are not all rejecting and lost, Paul is saved by Grace like the Gentiles. And grafting them together.

    Israel?

I do not think Modern Israel is biblical, while I don't reject the creation of it, (I believe God ordains all nations). What?

    Free Will compatible with Sovereignty

Exactly, people can have "morals" even if they hate God, it does not mean they do it for the right reasons or that God is pleased with them. People on here act like Calvinism teaches you're either Regenerated or a Psycho. Which is NOT the case.

    Free Will compatible with Sovereignty

As someone who is new to the 5 points, this argument against total depravity even makes no sense to me. So in order to be total deprived everyone would have to act like Jeffery Dahmer? Is not some moral law written on the hearts of even the lost? Salvation is another Issue.

Man Saved Out of Calvinism Gives Testimony at SBC

It sounds like your just the one that got hit, in this numoerous pack of dogs...... What an ill statement on his part.

Have you ever looked up the history of the creation of the Modern State of Israel? Im thinking you have not.

Leaning Calvinist, Push me in, or Pull me back

    How many would be Trinitarian?

Leaning Calvinist, Push me in, or Pull me back

Exactly... Does God innate our faith or do we make better use of our free will and innate faith to believe? What makes us different then non believers who have had all the same opportunity to believe!

Leaning Calvinist, Push me in, or Pull me back

So what happens when someone has never heard the gospel?
