Apparently we are not allowed to state a person is being dishonest when they clearly are. If you give someone's position, they tell you that is not their position, and you continue to say that it is or intentionally twist their position. That is dishonest. It is ridiculous that we are not allowed to call this out!

Apparently you can't say they are lying. I spent a ban for doing that (even though the poster was lying). But, you can say, disingenuous or speaking falsehood without reprimand. It's all semantics. Kind of an odd legalism here that allows heresy to be proclaimed without reprimand.

And you just keep regurgitating the same lines. You want everyone to just follow the calvinist theology. The bible does not support that view but you persist in it and that is your choice to do so. I on the other hand do not follow that view and that is my choice. When I point out the errors that I see in your view you can either accept them or reject them, your choice. You have consistently rejected them so why should I persist in dealing with you on this matter?
I regurgitate scripture and you twist it to say calvin. It's a disingenuous way of ignoring the scripture you hate.

If you want to see determinism in these verses then that is your free will choice to do so, or in your case you have been determined to do so as you really have no independent thought.
So...predestined, in your world doesn't mean determined previous to that point???
Honestly, its as if you just ignore exact wording in the Bible and replace with whatever you feel ike.

I do not believe in humanistic absolute free will, no. I believe in the free will of reality.

I do not believe in absolute free will either but that is not what the bible says we have is it. The fact that you keep running back to that old canard is telling. Man has a God given free will but he does not have an absolute free will, is that clear enough for you. Doubt this will stop you from resorting to this canard but as they say "hope springs eternal".

If you have read up on it you should be able to accurately articulate it, which you can't and do not.

But then again you can not or rather will not be truthful about the errors in that theology. But that is your choice just as it is my choice to reject your man-made theology.

Do you?
I provided 6 pages of Bible verses and passages where God says he chose, elected and predestined people. Yet, here you are telling us that apparently God made a mistake and those verses don't actually mean what they say.

Well if you think God makes mistakes that is on you not me. I give you the verses that show God allows and actually expects man to make choices. If you do not want to believe them, which from your post is your position, then that is on you.

...and you accept your man-made theology, which is more awful than Reformed theology. You are a strange duck.

Except you aren't rejecting my theology. I don't know what it is you are rejecting but it is not what I believe that is for sure.

Oh so you are Calvinist now?

From all that I have read on here that you have posted I would not agree with any of it as it does not agree with the bible. So you can call your theology Calvinist, reformed, or in your case reformed1689ism. You still deny scripture so you can have it I will stick with the bible.

I do not deny one iota of Scripture. Let me ask you this, was Jesus correct when he said only those that the Father grants can come to him?

Since you do not seem to like the bible I am not surprised that you disagree with what the bible says.
I feel like a record that skips, repeating over and over again that I love the Bible, but you, Silverhair, are not the Bible. You seem to actually think that you are the Bible. Let me repeat. You are not the Bible. Silverhair, you are not the Bible. Silverhair, you are not the Bible. Silverhair, you are not the Bible.

I disagree with what you say. Let me repeat. I disagree with what you say. I disagree with what you say.
Silverhair, you are not the Bible. I disagree with what you say.

Anyone reading this, not named Silverhair, is there something I am being unclear about in what I have just said?
