The entire set of 10 commandments are called the law of the covenant - exclusively with the Hebrews. IF we took your logic seriously - then commands against adultery and murder would also be void for anyone but Jews SINCE the 10 commandments as a group are assigned as "The Covenant" and "The words of the covenant" in the OT.
Ex.31:13 "Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you."
--It was specifically the Sabbath that was the covenantal sign between the nation of Israel and Jehovah. A simple reading of Exodus 31 tells us that about half a dozen times. The Sabbath was a SIGN between THEM and JEHOVAH FOREVER. It was not to include the Gentiles, ever. It was a sign for the Jews. When the false prophet, Ellen G. White, had her dream with the fourth commandment standing out brighter than all the rest, you can be assured that it was a tool of Satan to lead many astray by starting a new religion that no one had ever heard of before.
The quote from Isaiah 66 does show "ALL mankind coming before Me to worship" from Sabbath to Sabbath.
This is a time period that is still future, in a dispensation, or an age when God is dealing primarily with the Jews. The Jews will be restored to their all of their country, and world peace will ensue with Christ reigning from the throne in Jerusalem. All mankind (both Gentile and Jew will come and worship the King of Kings during this time.
Isaiah 58 shows foreigners keeping Sabbath.
No it does not. These words were written specifically for the "house of Jacob," (vs.1):
Isa.58:13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
Mark 2:27 shows "Sabbath made for mankind".
Let's quote the whole passage:
27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:
28 Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.
Man was not made for the Sabbath. God never designed it to be a burden for mankind. The Jews were making it thus. The Sabbath was made for man. Remember this is still before the cross. He is speaking to the Jews. And then he concludes by saying that He, the Son of man, is the Lord of the Sabbath. He is not confined to their man-made rules about the Sabbath day. And the Jews had many.
And the language of Gen 2:3 shows it to be "made holy" at creation. Just as the 4th commandment language confirms.
Holy in what way? It says sanctified. That means "to set apart." He set apart the seventh day as a day of rest. Nothing else is implied.
But what about the Ten commandments - ?
What about them? Every command is repeated in the New Testament except for one. Thou shalt keep holy the Sabbath Day is not a command given in the New Testament.
