Ephesians 1:3-10

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.

God tells you, Barry. You just have to read and stop arguing against God.
that we should be holy and blameless before him. Notice it doesn't say " To be converted ' not that this matters to a calvinist . All he needs is the words ' chosen ' and before ' and he's foaming at the mouth already .

PREDESTINED TO ADOPTION AS SONS .
Again all a calvinst needs is the buzz word and again context does not matter ..The adoption is ROM 8 .23 !!!!!! ITS NOT AT CONVERSION DUMMY !!

You have no clue what God is saying . You know a system that you look through at the bible to see if it matches the system .

This is how a calvinists bible study goes : " this verse here Paul is telling us about God's sovereign will " ." yes here Jesus is teaching the doctrine of election " John here is teaching total depravity " , Here Paul is teaching the Sovereign, divine, foreordination , immutable, predestined , chosen , absolute , predetermined will of God . " ive no idea what the book is about ,but i know this isolated verse is teaching the doctrines grace " ....

Is/are the, "in him," at the end of and / or beginning of V's 10,11, in your mind, predestined? Is that, "in him," inclusive of people?

Me thinks so.

Well you notice they clam up and don't say a single word when you ask for a verse that proves any type of total inability.

Ephesians 2

12remember that you were at that time separate from Christ, excluded from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13But now in Christ Jesus you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

So were you IN HIM and then NOT IN HIM and then IN HIM AGAIN?

Is there going to be new heavens and new earth because something went wrong or was it, the plan, before the present heavens and earth that there would be new heavens and new earth?

Was, "in regard to the dispensation of the fulness of the times, to bring into one the whole in the Christ, both the things in the heavens, and the things upon the earth -- in him; Eph 1:10," that the plan before the foundation of the world?

Except we did provide Scripture. There are none that seek after God.

You need thicker glasses. There is none that seek after God does not mean There is none that CAN seek after God.

There is no one that is flying either, doesn't mean you can't.
There is no one TYPING, doesn't mean you can't.
There is no one fixing spaghetti in that time, doesn't mean you can't

Now why don't you pop open a bible and get me a verse that teaches TOTAL INABILITY?

John 6:44

All that is telling us is if you don't believe the Father you won't believe the Son. It is an echo of what he said previously:

John 5
46“For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me, for he wrote about Me. 47“But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe My words?”

Could they believe Jesus without believing Moses?

We are given a destination ahead of time the moment we recieve the Holy Spirit as the guarantee of the redemption of the body . No verse says a sinner who s not in Him is predestinated to anything.

No, it is saying nobody believes without the Father drawing (dragging) them out of their unbelief.
