Insults tell me you are exhausted and running short.
Not a bit. YOU'RE the one posting stupidity & juvenile stuff.

You know full well why Jesus didn't say 'microchip', etc. it's not because it's not true, but because His chosen writers & audience wouldn'ta known what they now are, same as His disciples wouldn't know what meteors are unless He woulda made a long explanation to them. But His purpose was to answer theur questions, so He used a term they knew-falling star.

But in your zeal to try to defend your hooey, you're acting as if I or the readers not in this disussion don't know why Jesus used 'mark' for what'll almost-certainly be some sorta electronic miniatire device implanted under the skin which will contain all of one's financial records & be able to conduct transactions. Like it or not, this'll be a LITERAL device.

(I won't be around to see it; I'll either be raptured or dead. But maybe some unsaved person reading this may be alive then & heed the warning not to take that 'mark'.)

“THE Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:” Revelation 1:1 (KJV 1900)

Study "Signify" (sign) in scripture and it means symbols or "object lessons".
No, You are plain wrong on this one Dave. It means to make known. Has nothing to do with symbols and object lessons.

Insults are a substitute for thinking on the part of those who hurl them.
