My mother-in-law brought in fish from Captain D's, along with fries, hushpuppies, slaw, and corn on the cob.

Today will be an easy meal but one that has been requested by my 6 year old: Tortellini Alfredo with peas and ham. I'll serve it with salad. This is such an easy meal and one that we eat on the boat if it's bad weather but we never had bad weather this year so I brought everything home. It's the shelf-stable tortellini cooked up with peas and then covered with a jarred alfredo sauce. I add in a cubed chunk of ham and we're set! PERFECT for today when I'm going to be horseback riding and won't be home until late. :)

Ann, I make something similar to that, only instead of tortellini, I use perogies.

Brenda got discharged from the hospital last night. She's home and hungry for a turkey dinner so tonight will be:

Here we usually call lunch dinner, and tonight is supper. But when I post here I assume most people mean the night time meal when they say dinner, so thats what I mean when I post here.

tonight for 'dinner' is bbq ribs, roasted potatoes and corn.

I have just moved and where I am writing this overlooks the beautiful Whanganui River, the city lights of Wanganui are pretty at night.

Notice the different spellings.....this is correct, ther has been almost blood in the streets over it.....it is very amusing for a new immigrant.

For dinner will be fried mushrooms on toast:wavey:
My fridge is a bar size one and no freezer worth mentioning so I have to give up icescream:tonofbricks:
