    White Chili and homemade bread.

    I don't know that I'm making any dessert. I might make a rice pudding though. Got a sick kid that loves rice pudding!

    I like that kid! Rice pudding is a beautiful thing.

    Simple tonight...grilled hotdogs (no nitrite and such kind) bbq chips and salad. Even made the hotdogs last night so I wouldn't have to tonight, knew I'd be too tired from work! Lazy me...

    Made a hot Italian sausage/ 3 pepper/ tomato over pasta dish last night. Leftovers of same probably for lunch tomorrow.

    Shepherd's Pie. Seemed fitting for a Sunday! I'd figured on leftovers for tomorrow but they scarfed the entire thing down before you could say boo.

    Rosemary Roasted Chicken & Potatoes, Lime-Ginger Coleslaw, and Banana-Sour Cream Cake for dessert.

    Ginger Chicken Stir-fry and basmati rice. It was fast (since I was riding and didn't get home until after 6) and yummy!!

    We had baked BBQ chicken, country fried potatoes and corn. It was delish!

    My Daughter requested the following meal for tonight:
    Roast Turkey, Apple Sage Gravy, Smoky Mashed Potato Bake, Pear and Pecan Cornbread Dressing, Make-Ahead Spoon Rolls, and Pecan Streusel Pumpkin Pie for dessert.

    Chicken soup, rich and thick. Or ground meet with veggies. Cabbage salad as a side dish.

    We're having Dominos pizza and wings tonight. We were without power all day today, until almost 5 this evening so I took nothing out to prepare...electric stove! I told my girlfriend the Lord has been impressing on me lately to be prepared. This little power outage after the storm this morning showed us both that we're not nearly prepared enough and that we need to get busy!
