Grilling chicken with onions, tomatoes, and sweet/hot peppers. Probably do some steak fries as well.

I went to a revival in Aztec NM tonight, so we ate at Blake's Lotaburger....the best burgers in New Mexico!!! :smilewinkgrin:

Then we heard some great preaching!!! All in all, a good evening.

Sounds yummy!!! I want pizza, but it is evil for me...LOL

Tonight we had hamburger steaks on the grill, baked potatoes, and green beans with mushrooms.

Out shopping today so we treated ourselves by going to a Steakhouse. Brenda and I both had:

8oz Sirloin Steaks with Caesar Salads and Twice Baked Potatoes.

Because the girls and I got up at 3 am to take my husband to the airport and because this is the first real day we've had to slow down since then we've decided cooking supper isn't on our priority list! :D

We are having Chinese from the place down the street: sesame chicken, shrimp fried rice, egg drop soup and maybe eggrolls (though I don't like their egg rolls). Might add something else to go with but we haven't decided yet.

A bit late, but (as I work in a church and my day begins @ 6 a.m.), we do Sunday evening meal treats.

I've absolutely loved doing the gourmet chef thingy lately. Last night's menu, absolutely all of it from scratch:

-Cedar plank Salmon (for me & wife) with dill, garlic, and rosemary rub;
-New York strip steaks (for the kids, and a taste for us), with a garlic-dijon marinade;
-Apple-walnut spinach salad with homemade raspberry vinaigrette dressing (sorry to brag, but I simply hit a home run on this one! It was the best dressing I've ever made);
-Baked sweet potato (with brown sugar/cinnamon/butter topping) for her;
-Loaded sweet potato for me (cooked with olive oil and cracked pepper rub);
-Home-made pepper-dill fries for the kids.

Dang, I'm good. Modest, too. :D :D :D
