And once again - If everyone were already "predestinated", with no chance to change their status, then preaching, Bibles, etc. are useless.
Roby, God has predestined His elect (Ephesians 1:5). This truth is incontrovertible. But God has also ordained the means by which the Elect are called in-time (Romans 1:16). In other words, God has chosen to use the preaching of the Gospel to call those He has predestined. Will you have patience with me to consider what Scripture says? All bold and italicized text is mine.
Acts 13:44-48 44 The next Sabbath nearly the whole city assembled to hear the word of the Lord. 45 But when the Jews saw the crowds, they were filled with jealousy and
began contradicting the things spoken by Paul, and were blaspheming. 46 Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly and said, “It was necessary that the word of God be spoken to you first; since you repudiate it and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we are turning to the Gentiles. 47 For so the Lord has commanded us,
‘I HAVE PLACED YOU AS A LIGHT FOR THE GENTILES,THAT YOU MAY BRING SALVATION TO THE END OF THE EARTH.’”
48 When the Gentiles heard this, they
began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord;
and as many as had been appointed to eternal life believed.
The Greek word for appointed in verse 48 means to set in a certain order. It is synonymous with predestine. So, in this text, we learn that only those who were appointed by the Father (predestined) to eternal life believed. What they believed was the Gospel that Paul and Barnabas preached. The Gospel was the
means of salvation; it is what God used to call His elect.
But the preaching of the Gospel also serves a purpose for those who are not appointed to eternal life. Consider this text:
1 Corinthians 1:18 For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
The preaching of the Gospel is also a proclamation of judgment on those who will not believe (those who are perishing).
Roby, you say (and I quote), "If everyone were already "predestinated", with no chance to change their status, then preaching, Bibles, etc. are useless", God responds to that with a stinging rebuke.
Romans 9:19-24 19 You will say to me then, “Why does He still find fault? For who resists His will?” 20 On the contrary,
who are you, O man, who answers back to God? The thing molded will not say to the molder, “Why did you make me like this,” will it? 21 Or does not the potter have a right over the clay, to make from the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for common use? 22 What if God, although willing to demonstrate His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction? 23 And
He did so to make known the riches of His glory upon vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory, 24
even us, whom He also called, not from among Jews only, but also from among Gentiles.
God has the right of both choice and means. He chooses (appoints, predestines) both the full number of the Elect and the means by which He calls them. That He uses the means (the preaching of the Gospel) to also proclaim judgment on the reprobate (those who will not believe) is also His sovereign choice.
