You have a reading comprehension problem, plain and simple. Are you sure you aren't drunk?

I see what happened: I saw this...

    Quote: (from TCassidy)
And you need to stop being a patronizing, petulant child. :)

You think this is bad? Just wait till he starts telling you about how the demons have possessed just about every person he's ever come in contact with and the insane level of physical manifestations of these demons.

After seeing TCassidy's name above it I mentally transferred responsibility for the statement to him when it was in fact, Matt Wade who made the false charge. Therefore I apologize to TCassidy and I am sorry for the mistake. It is Matt Wade who needs to apologize. He is the one guilty of making the false charge against me.

But TCassidy, that does not negate your responsibility for breaking board rules in making a personal attack and referring to me as 'a petulant child'. You still need to say you are sorry for that.

I have apologized...now it is your turn.

Matt Wade has already explained his use of exaggeration to make a point.

Nope. Apologize or you are going to join the ranks of the non-existent in my ignore can. I wouldn't do this but your whole attitude in this matter has been rotten/awful. You clearly can't tolerate anyone who differs with your point of view no matter how it is stated.

    Apology accepted.
There is an old saying in Tort Law: "The truth is the perfect defense." When you act like a petulant child expect us to take notice. :)

That's just what I expected. You haven't an ounce of humility in this matter. Enjoy yourself in the can....over there.

    For the other readers:
There are consequences in life for making flippant remarks like that. For one, losing the respect of those who are afflicted by such words & the respect of others who may be observing.

And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. Ephesians 4:32

I never did either. I was just reminiscing with a friend about lost friends from yesteryear. My Irish Setter Teddy was the topic of discussion. We both agreed he was the best dog ever, and that is out of over a dozen throughout the past 70 years. :)

You arbitrarily accused me of being a 'petulant child' not because I insulted you nor because I made a personal attack upon you BUT BECAUSE I DIFFER WITH YOUR POSITION on partaking of intoxicating beverages. Therefore your statement was an unwarranted attack in violation of board rules.

You will now join your equally guilty friend in the ignore region. If you should show some humility in the matter and decide to apologize as the Lord requires of you then I will reverse this action. Bye.

Yes. Exactly. That is why you have no credibility at all on this forum.

    False charges.

It was Matt Wade who you are quoting above.

Slow on the uptake with this new system. I see this was dealt with.

Where does Scripture say that He "partook"?

You're making a very large assumption. And obviously they DIDN'T know and that's why they accused Him of doing something He had not done.

This really doesn't mean much when you look at how Jesus turned the Jewish law and culture upside down.

Proverbs 26:18-19 ¶ As a mad man who casteth firebrands, arrows, and death, So is the man that deceiveth his neighbour, and saith, Am not I in sport?

    firebrands....yeah. ;)

There you go again. I called you a petulant child because of your statement which I quoted and ONLY because of that statement. I even explained it to you in a subsequent post.

Here it is again in case your memory is still as bad as it was over the "demon" quotes:
See post #88 for proof of the above.

And here is the first time I explained it to you:
    See Post #95.

That was a rather arrogant statement. Ironic.

It is much easier for him to put us on "Ignore" than to deal with his statements. He was called out concerning those statements and did what so many do. He turned tail and ran.

As my dad used to say, "If you can't run with the big dogs you better stay on the porch." In Calypsis4's case it seems he has retreated under the porch. :D :D
