    Highly unlikely. The Legislature has no power to decertify election results. It's also unclear whether the Senate has the power to enforce subpoenas on the election agency, and the Senate said it wouldn't seek enforcement if the election folks do an audit. More grandstanding, IMO.

    No, the House vote to accept or reject the Electoral College vote in NOT by delegation, but by a majority vote (Democrats have the majority). The House would vote by delegation only if no one has a majority in the Electoral College.
