HeirofSalvation
Awaken..........as I predicted FLAWLESSLY.......Icon will justify the thought that God "LOVES" everyone by appealing to the "Rain shines upon the just and the un-just"......thing.
Not to burst your bubble big guy, but I clearly said that this was the goodness of God...and not the saving love of God which is only found in Christ. maybe your new friendship with Dr.Lies....has infected you.:thumbs:
by the way..I saw the post you deleted and how you now ...speak for me:laugh:
Why not let awaken ask me what i think, instead of you inventing what you think I will say....
like i did with the "good Dr.'" i will now do for you and your ungodly accusations....here is what i actually said;
the bible describes God as being
good to all men....the rain shines upon the just and the unjust.
We are also told that
the goodness of God is meant to lead men to repentance.
We are told to love our enemies, so in that way it is also
an expression of God's love to all men.
That however is NOT...the saving love of God which the bible ONLY SAYS is found IN CHRIST....for example;
So...why lie HOS??? Do you see what I said now Hos???
the rest of my post#96...clearly shows that ICON SEES In scripture the Love of God...
the saving love of God is ONLY IN CHRIST.
I do not backtrack or back down from what i post...so you try to twist what i say....got it:thumbs:
Anyone who understands that earthly prosperity is NOT true flourishing would know that God doesn't "love" everyone.
i said goodness....
let Icon say what Icon thinks....I let you foam at the mouth with your obscure nonsense...that is on you...
To love someone is to desire their "True flourishing"...and "true flourishing" does not exist without an eternal relationship with God.
Calvinism does not submit that (what is true human flourishing)....is something God desires or wants for ALL people.
Very touching philosophy...not at all scriptural...but very moving:wavey:
Icon.....As I predicted stated that God "loves" everyone by pretending that earthly Providence is the expression of God's "LOVE". That's a lie you should be able to see through by now.
If they look at post 96...they will see who is lying to obscure the clear teaching being offered.
God DOES NOT WANT EVERYONE SAVED according to the Calvinist schema...........
...
If the God I worship..wanted everyone to be saved...everyone would be saved.....
Everyone who My Lord wants saved is saved.....he seeks and saves, none are lost..Not one. It is not Calvinist schema...it is the Covenant of Redemption between the members of the Godhead.
Those known as Calvinists believe God on this...you do not.
Unless and until they admit that truth to you.........they will try to side-track you without admitting that that is PRECISELY what they believe.
I answered what was asked.Not what you imagine.
Icon believes that God did NOT care enought for "everyone
"
Icon does not think in these evil terms as Hos would like you to imagine.in fact Icon believes God saves as many persons as His holy knowledge and wisdom determined to save, and contrary to the false claims in the now deleted post...here is the truth about what the scripture says about what team jihad says are a select 'few"....
Genesis 22:17
That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed
as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;
I heard a scientist on the radio who was a christian say that in one pail of sand there are millions of grains of sand....so all the stars,and all the sand in the sea.....does not sound like a few to me.....
That's a fact.....and he won't deny it.
I will answer any question on any topic.
Icon believes that Christ died ONLY for the "few" who find the narrow way..........the rest are irreparably damned.
More garbage from Hos....but icon has just indicated the biblical testimony on this....look at this garbage being offered now by these people here, instead of biblical truth...
One guy says the book of Hebrews is not for christians, but tribulation saints,lol ..and Hos is making a fool of himself here....because of frustration and lack of truth here...
Did you catch that???? Just "Follow what WE SAY"..........that's how Calvinists work.
yes..the op asked for those who believe these things to explain it...not those in unbelief..like the fowls of the air, they come to steal away the seed.
write it out on paper..or print it out...look at the difference of what is posted.
these guys are just trying to disrupt, not add to the discussion..that is why they are clueless on this.
Nope.................................................Icon is NOT the "focus"
.....
You try and make it that way however,because you cannot quite answer ..can you?
just DEMAND from him whether he will Clearly spell-out whether he believes that Christ died for "all" people
Here is the ALL people that Jesus died for with a Covenant LOVE
10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
11 For both he that sanctifieth and
they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause
he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
12 Saying, I will declare thy name unto
my brethren,
in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.
13 And again, I will put my trust in him.
And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.
14
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels;
but he took on him the seed of Abraham.
17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him
to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people
37
All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me,
that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day
or whether God "loves" all people...........and demand that he tell you the answer in a direct, simple and straight-forward manner.
Ask him whether God intended to save all mankind or not......first....and then see if "Calvinism" makes Biblical sense.
Your plan has God not saving who he wants.
What I believe has God saving everyone that Jesus said he would, those given to Him.
Thanks so much for trying to project those twisted ideas that you say that I think.I think I know what I think better than you do.
