I am reading "The Prodigal Project - Book 2 - Exodus"

It's as interesting as the first in the series "The Prodigal Project - Book 1 - Genesis"

I also have "The Prodigal Project - Book 3 - Numbers" to read when I finish Book 2!

Currently, I'm reading:
The Bible --God's all-sufficient, inerrant Word
and
The Experience that Counts --a simplified version of a Jonathan Edwards' classic. I can read the "original" stuff by the Puritans; but w/ all on my plate, it is easier to get through it with a simplified.
For family worship, in the mornings we are in Proverbs. In the evenings we are currently reading Alexi's Secret Mission ; a fictional story (based on truth) of what it was like to be a Christian in Soviet Russia. The kids love it; and each chapter ends with a cliff-hanger!

Well, like everyone else... The Bible. My entire church just finished reading "The Purpose Driven Life". I found this book really opened my eyes on how much I was placing God in a box. I am also reading "No More Excuses" by Tony Evans. I am reading this book as part of my men's accountability group.

Daniel, The Justification of God by John Piper, was a great book. Definitly the way exergesis should be done.

I'm now reading (actually almost done) Grace Abounding By John Buynan. I like this one better than the Pillgrims Progress. Since I have a week off of school and plan to finish this book off tomorrow I borrowed Preachers and Preaching by Martyn Lloyd-Jones and will be beginning it shortly. It comes highly recommended to me.

Currently working my way through Grudems "Systematic Theology" & another systematic from a Pentecostal/Charismatic point of view.
"Desiring God" by Piper
About to start Luther's book on Galatians & one by Bob Yandian on Galatians as well.
"Holy Bible" in KJV devotionally I REALLY tried to challenge myself in my 35th year of life. I'm reading through Psalms once a month, Psalm 119 every week, Proverbs twice a month, James 1 chapter per day, & 1 John one chapter per day in addition to working my way through it all the way through, currently I'm on Numbers. That's just my DEVOTIONAL reading by the way!! LOL!!
I just finished Grisham's "Stree Lawyer" & was sorely disappinted so will probably begin his "A Time to Kill" soon.

Just finished:
- When People are Big and God is Small - Edward T.Welch
- Twelve Ordinary Men - John MacArthur

on the way:
- The Holy Bible (the Japanese one)

- Systematic Theology - Louis Berkhof
- The Knowledge of the Holy - A.W. Tozer
- Institute of the Christian Religion - John Calvin
- Beyond Integrity - Scott B. Rae (Editor)
- Reformed Pastor - Baxter
- De Bijbel is geen puzzelboek - Tj. Boersma
("The Bible is not a puzzle book" (?)...I`m reading the Indonesian translation anyway....)

..oh no, too many great books around..... :D

I may be the only person to have received a Hebrew Bible for Christmas!
My wife bought me Biblia Hebranica Stuttgartensia (large print edition).

I'm currently reading "The Making of the Atomic Bomb" by Richard Rhodes - recommended to me by my daughters college boyfriend.
It's a tough read but well worth it so far.
