Well, now that Rep Joe Wilson has apologized to Obama for saying that he lied - when will Obama apologize to the nation for lying to us?

What disease do you have, to explain your hateful outbursts ?

I started to say it could be Tourette's Syndrome. But on reflection I think he suffers from being a democrat? So don't be too hard on him Bro. Curtis. He has a terrible cross to bear!:praying:

Speaking of outbursts...

One time my wife and I were singing in church a MidSouth boys song, "That's my child". It's a song about God looking down from Heaven and being proud of his children... saying to the angels... "That's my child"..

Well, we are on the last chorus of the song, and my son, then about 18 months old has wandered to the front of the church and is standing there waiting for us to finish..

As we finish, he yells, so the whole church can hear him... "I'VE GOTTA GO PEE PEE!!!"

What could I say.. except ...."that's my child" LOL

Until you can engage in meaningful, rational dialog, I shall not engage you. I answer questions continually, while you avoid them and make personal insults. You are the worst offender here. And you have absolutely no idea what I think.

Baloney. I asked you to point to the target of my bigotry days ago. You refused. You are the king of insults, then you cry when the shoe is on the other foot. You are the biggest hypocrite when it comes to treatment, here. I don't think you have the thick skin required to be here.

Why don't you point out some of these questions I haven't answered. I'd be glad to do the same for you.

So every person who has outbursts has touretts? Just because you want to turn this into what it is not does not mean it is on topic. I doubt your sincerity on this.
I don't care what you doubt. Typical of you. I will agree if you show me where I said every outburst is TS. This happens to be a condition near and dear to me. Your lack of compassion is typical of you, however.

What is it with libbies and playing the victim. There is no victim here and there has been no need for compassion as no one spoken of has it to include the congressman.

Reid did not shout out that Bush was a liar from the floor and on national television. This has never been done before in the history of our country until now. Additionally Wilson has brought forth nothing to show he himself was telling the truth. Now that his hand has been called his should either put up or apologize.

Poor Joe Wilson. The conservative Republican representative from South Carolina stepped in it Wednesday night, when he broke with centuries of decorum by screaming, "You lie!" at President Obama during his health-care speech to a joint session of Congress.

Bush was shown more respect.

For example, when President George W. Bush made his speeches before Congress and mentioned Iraq, a war that was entered into under very suspicious circumstances and unpopular as well, no one shouted "You lie!" or "Liar!" or "Where's those WMD's, Dubya?" at the president. They observed decorum and tradition and waited to respond afterwards, either through the formal Party response or through the press through statements and interviews.

Not once did Joe Wilson -- or any other member of Congress -- offer a vociferous "You lie!" in George W. Bush's general direction during any of his speeches, even when he and many others in Congress, in the United States, and around the world either suspected or knew that the Bush administration was doing something illegal or voicing untruths to Congress and the American people.

And Joe Wilson has done nothing to offer proof of his exclamation since the outburst, which, given the attention that it has received, should have been the very first action he took after drafting his formal apology (which he issued shortly after the Republican response to the President's speech Wednesday evening). Where is the legislation that states that any part of the health care reforms under consideration will be diverted to provide free health care to illegal immigrants?

The old confrontational adage "Put up or shut up" comes to mind. It looks as if the latter is being considered.

Wilson has apologized.

Not long after the speech ended, Wilson issued an apology. "This evening I let my emotions get the best of me when listening to the President's remarks regarding the coverage of illegal immigrants in the health care bill," he said. "While I disagree with the President's statement, my comments were inappropriate and regrettable. I extend sincere apologies to the President for this lack of civility." Wilson also called the White House to apologize.

Now you are truly showing your ignorance. I have studied this condition and dealt with it for 40 plus years. From HERE:

The documentary features the youngsters going about their daily lives, doing all the things regular kids do. It shows that some can also have problems with impulse control, e.g., tantrums, verbal outbursts, or obsessive, unusual behaviors. Though medication can help control TS, there is no cure.

I suggest you learn about TS before becoming an expert.

This is why I will never call you Rev. You have no reverence. Where did I say anyone was a victim. But your attitude is dismissive of those who do suffer with this condition every waking moment of their lives.

I hold a degree in psychology and have had experience in the field.

Shouting "You lie" does not constitute a "verbal outburst", nor does it constitute a "tantrum", "obsessive" or "unusual behavior".
