Job 1:1 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.
Luk 1:6 And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.
HP: Here are two such clear examples in Scriptures, of those who were perfect in the eyes of God and walking in daily obedience to His commands and even ordinances.
Even if there was not one such example in Scripture, and all we had is the promises of God, or if it was said that no one ever walked a day without sinning and all we had were the promises of God to keep us from sin, I would believe God's promises are true.
What you seem to be bent on doing, we are warned by God not to engage in. You seem to want to see if someone else has taken God at His Word, or if someone else has obeyed God by trusting His promises, and then deciding to either believe and follow God's commands to walk perfect before Him based on what others have or may have not done in your estimation. Here is a Scriptural warning of such an approach.
2Co 10:12 For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.
The question to all of us remains. Will we, not our friend or our neighbor, nor in their eyes or the eyes of our spouses, believe God and trust Him alone to keep us from sin this very day?
1Co 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
I have purposed in my heart to believe God and trust Him to keep me from sin this very day. How could anyone do less that claims to love and believe God?
