    To follow... Ryrie's study Bible is not only about dispensationalism. He has some good notes throughout. I used one for a while. I'd recommend it even though I'm not really a dispensationalist anymore.

    Yes... IFBx or Xer for short... the militant KJVO separatist type (the ones 20/20 just did a report on). They don't have many seminaries.

    I know at SEBTS... there is a wide range accross the board. You have PD all the way to Ammill... love the diversity.

    I know a lot of Independent Baptist seminaries (not necessarily the IFBx type but them too) that do. There are other seminaries not Baptist but baptistic are dispo too. Also... there is still the old DTS dispensationalism but mostly it is now Progressive Disp at DTS now.
